Définition Appellation
Au premier niveau, l’AOC Bourgogne définit des vins simples, produits sur tout le terroir bourguignon (Yonne, Côte d’Or, Saône-et-Loire). On peut la préciser par un nom de cépage (Bourgogne aligoté) ou par un nom de sous-région qui en limite la production (Bourgogne Côte chalonnaise…).
