Definition
As with Clos Sorbé, its name evokes the berries of the rowan tree, the wood of which was used to make spokes for cart wheels, tool handles and sometimes to make the screws for wine presses. The berries are poisonous to humans and attract birds, particularly thrushes. We can assume that rowan trees were to be found in this location.
